Refund policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products:

• Original Paintings and Prints: Refunds are only granted for damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake in the fulfillment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

• Digital Files: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable, as these are instant-access products.

Return Policy and Process

We only accept returns on damaged or incorrect physical items. To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@saulmon.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label or further instructions.

4. Item must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Digital files are non-returnable and non-refundable.
